Today, in collaboration with the public library “Gjergj Fishta” in Lezhë, our school organized a meaningful and inspiring activity dedicated to Gjergj Fishta — the master of words, the poet of the nation, and one of the greatest voices of Albanian literature.
Through poetry, recitations, and reflections, our students paid tribute to his genius, performing with emotion, pride, and deep respect for his timeless works. Their voices echoed with the beauty of the Albanian language, the strength of national identity, and the love for the homeland that Fishta so powerfully expressed in every verse.
The activity became not only a literary celebration but also a moment of cultural awakening — a reminder of the values, history, and artistic spirit that shape who we are as a people.
This October of Books invites us all to continue reading, learning, and being inspired by the immortal words that enlighten the mind and nourish the soul.
Because through books, we preserve memory, awaken thought, and keep alive the eternal dialogue between the past and the future.
